About Volv-Oh

Volv-Oh products are designed by a real truck driver (me) to solve the little annoyances and everyday problems that come with life on the road.

Everything is created with practicality in mind and tested in real-world cab conditions — not just on a computer screen.

I’m a small independent maker, not a giant warehouse operation, but I genuinely want customers to be happy with what they buy. My wife helps with packaging & distribution, so, if you're feeling lucky, you can complain to her 😮

Shipping

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 days (we work weekends too!).

We use Royal Mail Tracked-48 (So, 2nd class delivery but with tracking)

Delivery times can vary depending on postal services, weekends, holidays and the occasional bit of chaos that comes with life and logistics 😉

If there’s a significant delay with your order, feel free to get in touch and we'll do our best to help, but hopefully we'll be contacting you before you contact us!

Returns & Problems

If something arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with you to put things right.

If you simply change your mind, unused items can usually be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items should be:
- unused
- in good condition
- returned in original packaging where possible, but don't stress about that.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Product Usage & Safety

Volv-Oh products are designed to make cab life easier — not replace safe driving practices, vehicle safety systems or common sense.

Drivers remain fully responsible for:
- the safe operation of their vehicles
- complying with local laws and regulations
- ensuring products are fitted and used appropriately

Please:
- check products are securely fitted before driving
- avoid obstructing controls, mirrors or visibility
- stop using any product that becomes damaged or worn
- avoid modifying products unless you fully understand the implications

Important Note About ShunterClip

The ShunterClip is intended for low-speed manoeuvring, yard movements and off-road operational use where legally permitted.

It is the driver’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable seatbelt and road traffic laws.

Volv-Oh accepts no responsibility for misuse or unlawful use of this product.

Vehicle Compatibility

Compatibility information is provided in good faith but may vary depending on:
- vehicle model
- cab specification
- trim level
- aftermarket accessories
- model year

Unless specifically stated, Volv-Oh products are not approved, endorsed or affiliated with Volvo Trucks or any vehicle manufacturer.

Product Appearance

Many Volv-Oh products are handmade, 3D printed or produced in small batches.

Minor variations in finish, texture or colour may occur and are considered part of the character of the product rather than defects.
